Enabling Transaction Hub without Payment Terms

Problem

If Payment Terms are not enabled, and you're considering using Transaction Hub, it's important to understand the intentional reasons behind this choice.

Solution

• Understand that Transaction Hub cannot be enabled without Payment Terms.

• If Payment Terms are enabled, both vendors and customers will have a default payment term.

• Enabling Payment Terms in ServiceTitan will override any payment terms set up in Quickbooks.

• Once Payment Terms are enabled in ServiceTitan, the default for both customers and vendors will be set to Due Upon Receipt.

• If the user wants to use Transaction Hub, they must enable Payment Terms in ServiceTitan and be aware that it will override any payment terms set up in Quickbooks.
