Overview
The Atlas mobile app lets business owners check how the business is performing from a phone. Ask a question in your own words and get an answer from your own ServiceTitan data. It also puts the numbers you track daily and weekly in one place.
This means performance questions no longer wait for a desk and a report.

Things to know
Atlas is powered by Titan Intelligence (TI). It may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses. Verify details before acting and don't treat it as professional advice. Your conversations may be stored to improve the service. Avoid sharing sensitive information. By using Atlas, you agree to use this feature responsibly, and further acknowledge and agree that any data collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with third-party service providers.
The Atlas mobile app is a different product from Atlas in mobile. Atlas in mobile lives inside the ServiceTitan Mobile and Field Mobile App and helps technicians on a Job. This app is separate and is about business performance.
Access is off by default. Anyone with a ServiceTitan account can install the app and sign in, but you only see your business data after an administrator grants access and assigns you the owner persona.
Atlas answers from the same data behind your ServiceTitan reports. If a number looks wrong in Atlas, check how that metric is configured in your account first.
Your business units are the default breakdown Atlas uses when it splits an answer. Answers are only as useful as your Business Unit setup.
If you oversee more than one location, sign in with Enterprise Hub to see performance across every tenant you have permission to access.
Scheduled digests are not available in this release.
Best practices
Start with the numbers you already check. Atlas is most useful when it replaces a routine you already have, not when it creates a new one.
Ask in your own words, but use ServiceTitan terms where you can. Ask about estimates rather than quotes or proposals, for example.
Say which location or business unit you mean when your question could apply to several.
Ask a follow-up rather than restarting. Atlas keeps the context of the conversation you are already in.
Tap Show steps when an answer surprises you. It shows how Atlas reached the number before you act on it.
If a number does not match what you see in Command Center, report it rather than working around it.
Use cases
An owner running a daily huddle checks booking rate for the week against last week between appointments, and brings the answer into the huddle.
An owner who notices revenue is behind asks which business unit is driving the gap, then forwards the answer to the manager who owns that team.
An owner preparing for one-on-ones asks for average ticket by technician and uses the breakdown to decide who to talk to first.
An owner who manages several locations compares performance across them in one place, without signing in to each account separately.
Step 1: Install the app and sign in
Head to your phone's app store and install the Atlas app.
Open the app. The sign-in screen shows Atlas and Powered by ServiceTitan.
Choose how to sign in:
Tap Sign in with Okta to sign in to a single ServiceTitan account.
Tap Sign in with Enterprise Hub if you oversee more than one location and want to see them together.

Note: Signing in means you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked on that screen.
If the app opens to an empty screen after you sign in, your account or your user has not been set up yet. Contact the account administrator on your team.
Step 2: Ask Atlas about your business
Tap the Ask Atlas field at the bottom of the screen.
Type your question in plain language. For example, How is my business doing this month?

Atlas names the chat after your question, so you can find it again later.
Watch Atlas work, or skip ahead. Atlas shows each step as it goes — for example, Pulling actual revenue. Tap Hide steps to collapse them, or Show steps on a finished answer to see how Atlas got there.
Read the answer. Atlas returns the number, the comparison that gives it meaning, and a chart or breakdown where one helps — for example, revenue by technician over the last 7 days.
Tap one of the suggested follow-up questions beneath the answer, or type your own. Atlas keeps the context of the conversation.
To reuse an answer, tap the copy icon next to the message.
Note: Atlas is AI and can make mistakes. Double-check results before you act on them.
Example questions to ask
How is my business doing this month?
Which technicians are leading Service?
What is our booking rate this week compared to last week?
How does this compare to last month?
Who's underperforming?
Step 3: Check your key metrics on the Analytics screen
Tap the menu icon in the top left, then go to Analytics.
Review your key metrics. Each card shows the current value, the change against the comparison period, and a trend line:
Actual Revenue
Leads
Booking rate
Average ticket

Change the period at the top of the screen. Use the arrows to step backward and forward, or tap the calendar icon to choose a range. The comparison is shown beneath it — for example, This week, vs Prior period.
Tap a metric card to open it. The detail screen shows the value, the change, and a chart across the period.

Break the metric down using the filter chips: Business unit, Trade, Job type, or Segment. Tap High to low to change the sort.
Tap the information icon next to the value to see how the metric is calculated.
Tap Ask Atlas at the bottom of any Analytics screen to ask a question about what you are looking at.
