Overview
You can create and group estimate templates in proposal templates to group estimate options into Good, Better, and Best formats. This makes it easier for technicians to present clear choices to customers during a visit. You can update templates as needed to reflect changes in pricing or offerings. Things to know
Before creating a proposal template, make sure you create the estimate templates you want to include on the template.
You can save draft versions of incomplete proposal templates. Publish them to make them visible.
To see proposal templates on the mobile side, the business unit assigned to the proposal template should be aligned with the business units assigned to the technicians.
If you want to create custom proposal template types, you can add them before or during building the proposal template. You need to create custom templates as we don't have default templates. While default template options are available, you can create personalized custom templates as needed.
Generate auto proposal templates
With auto proposals, you can use proposal templates generated by Titan Intelligence (TI) to create templates for the highest-performing and most commonly sold estimates.
Note: You can either manually create proposal templates or, if you're a Pricebook Pro user, you can use the Generate Proposals button for template creation.
To generate auto proposal templates:
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, click Templates.
Select the Proposal Templates tab.
Click Generate Proposals.

In the Add Proposal Templates window that opens, click Confirm.

A notification confirms the proposal template was generated.

Click the Arrow below the estimate and view the options suggested by TI.

Create a proposal template
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, click Templates.
In the template library window that opens, click the Create dropdown and select Proposal Template.
In the Create Proposal Template window that opens:
Enter a name for your template in the Proposal Template Name field.
To restrict the template by business units, click the Business Units field and select the units you want to grant access to. The proposal template will appear for jobs assigned to those selected business units. If no units are selected, the proposal template will be available for all jobs.
Select the category from the Categories dropdown.
Enter any additional details in the Proposal Template Summary field.
When finished, click Continue to edit the proposal template. A slot is created on the template for every proposal type option.
From the Estimate Template Library, drag and drop estimate templates for each option slot.
