Confirm if a purchase order was emailed

There are two ways to check if a Purchase Order (PO) was emailed.

From the Inventory or Purchasing Module:

  1. From the navigation bar, click Purchasing or Inventory.

  2. In the left menu, click on Purchase Orders

  3. Click on the Sent tab

  4. If the PO is included in the generated list, it was sent.

  5. Check the Send Method column to view how it was sent.

From the Job Summary Page:

  1. Locate and View the Job the PO is tied to

  2. Scroll to the bottom to view the History

  3. Review the history to look for a PO Sent entry
