Unable to Close Out Job Due to Capture Equipment Details Error

Problem

When attempting to close out a job, a capture equipment details error message appears, preventing the job from being closed out.

Solution

  1. Check if there is enough inventory quantity for the job number.

  2. If there is inventory, go to the invoice and click the underlined Here hyperlink at the end of the error message.

  3. Add the necessary QTY for the item in the pop-up window.

  4. Save the changes and close out of the invoice.

  5. Attempt to close out the job again.
