What is the process to complete a requisition on ServiceTitan and is there a feature that needs to be enabled to do so?

Problem

Users may not see the Complete a requisition button on their fulfilled page. This issue arises when trying to finalize the process of a requisition.

Solution

You can complete a requisition in ServiceTitan.

Complete a requisition in ServiceTitan

1. Go to the job invoice for which you have created the requisition.

2. Look for the Invoice Closeout button. Click on it.

3. A list of items appears. These are the items you need to add to the job invoice or create a return for.

4. Check off the items you want to add or return to the vendor.

5. Add the selected items to the job invoice or return them to the vendor.
