Problem
The customer wants to cancel a refund and apply it as an available credit for a future job.
Solution
If the invoice, payment, and refund have not yet been exported, you can delete the refund.
If the invoice, payment, and refund have already been exported and your main goal is to add credit to the customer profile, you can go to the customer profile and add a payment for the amount of the credit.
