Use the Notes field
Understand that it is not possible to remove the estimate summary box from estimates in ServiceTitan. This feature is fixed and cannot be altered.
Use the notes field for any information you do not want the customer to see. Here's how to add notes to an estimate:
Go to the estimate you are working on.
Look for the Notes field. This might be located in a different place depending on whether you are using the mobile app or the office version.
Click or tap into the Notes field.
Type in any information or notes you want to keep hidden from the customer.
Save your changes to the estimate.
