Can estimates be sent through text message?

Problem

Users may wonder if they can send estimates to their customers via text message instead of email.

Solution

For the time being, ServiceTitan does not support sending estimates through text messages.

Use email via ServiceTitan to send estimates

1. Go to the estimate page that you want to send.

2. Click on Email   

3. Enter the customer's email address in the provided field.

4. Customize the email message if needed. You can add a personal note or additional information about the estimate.

5. Review the details to make sure everything is correct.

6. Click the send button to email the estimate to your customer.
