Things to know
If you’ve set recall, warranty, and lead guides, you can book a new job as a Technician-Generated Lead (TGL).
If you haven’t set recall, warranty, and lead guides, you can book a recall or warranty job from an existing job.
You can award TGL bonuses by creating payroll adjustments or, if you use Configurable Payroll, you can create pay rules to award bonuses for setting a TGL or if a TGL results in a completed job.
