If you have the Book job permission, you can book a job for yourself in ServiceTitan Mobile. Use this guide to learn how to book a job.

The Book job permission is required to book jobs for yourself in ServiceTitan Mobile. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
You can add a new customer and location record while booking a job. You aren't able to add a new customer or location without booking a job in ServiceTitan Mobile.
Book a job in ServiceTitan Mobile
From the Dashboard, tap Book Job.
Search for an existing customer or add a new customer.
Tap Book Job next to the location where you want to book the job.
Enter the job details.
After entering the job details, tap Book.
