Overview
You can book a job from a Lead you received from Reserve with Google in two ways:
From an online booking request on the Booking screen
From an unassigned job in the Job Tray below the Dispatch Board
Who uses this feature
Administrators, marketing managers, operations managers, project managers, CSRs, and anyone who receives leads from Reserve with Google
Primarily for Residential Service & Replacement business types

Things to know
The Reserve with Google integration in ServiceTitan is managed through WorkConnect. For more, see WorkConnect overview.
If you don't already have a Google Business Profile, you need to create one before you can begin working with the Reserve with Google integration in ServiceTitan.
Only Administrator or Owner roles in ServiceTitan can accept the data agreement and set up the integration.
After you set up the integration, ServiceTitan automatically creates and associates a Reserve with Google marketing campaign.
Scheduling Pro customers can leverage their widget for an enhanced booking experience.
When someone requests a job through Reserve with Google, they can select an SMS consent box after entering their phone number. If they consent, they'll receive SMS updates about their request and any job appointments. If they don't consent, their notification preferences are turned off in ServiceTitan to comply with telecom regulations and respect their communication preferences.

Book a job from a Reserve with Google Lead
Book a job from an online booking request
Go to the navigation bar and click Calls
.In the side menu, click Bookings.
Note: Depending on your account setup, the Calls screen may also be called the Job Booking screen.
Select the booking you want to convert to a job.
Note: On the booking card, you can view the customer's contact information, the submitted and scheduled dates, and the Leads Integration and logo.
Review the details and click Accept.
Enter the job details then finish booking the job.
Note: After you set up the integration, ServiceTitan automatically creates and associates a Reserve with Google marketing campaign. This marketing campaign is selected by default.
Book a job on Dispatch Board
Go to the navigation bar and click Dispatch
.Go to the Job Tray below the Dispatch Board.
Click the Unassigned tab and locate the Reserve with Google appointment you want to update.
Assign a technician and update the job details, if needed.
