Problem
On a project, the balance to finish shows a value, although the project page says it is 100% completed.
Solution
Go to the Application for Payment table.
Hover your mouse on the More icon next to 100%. The percentage shows a different value. The discrepancy is due to rounding to the nearest decimal.
Adjust billing accordingly.
This resolves the discrepancy between the balance to finish and 100% completed on the Application for Payment table.
