Overview
You can add invoices from various jobs and service locations to a project for a single invoice view. Select and add existing invoices to a project through the Transaction Hub’s Invoices module. This helps streamline your billing processes, saving you time and reducing the complexity of managing multiple invoices.
Note: Currently, the Customer Portal does not offer a consolidated view for multiple invoices within a single invoice.

Things to know
You cannot move an invoice that is already part of another project.
You cannot remove an invoice from a project once it has been added.
Use case
Companies that complete multiple jobs at multiple service locations want to consolidate the multiple jobs into one single invoice.
How this works
In the Invoices module within the Transaction Hub, select and add invoices to a project. Invoices from different service locations can be added to a new or existing project. Once the invoices have been added, you can go to the project invoice to view the invoice items consolidated into a single invoice.

Enable Consolidated Billing
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
. In the side panel, go to Invoicing > Configurable Billing.
On the Configurable Billing screen that opens, turn on the Consolidated Billing toggle.
Add invoices to a project
Go to the navigation bar and click Accounting
. In the side menu, click Invoices.
On the Invoices screen, select the invoices you want to add to a project.
At the top of the table, select Actions > Add invoices to a project.

On the popup that appears, enter the existing project number or select Create New Project to create a new project.
A success message appears to confirm that the invoices have been added to the project.
View the consolidated invoice in a project
Search for and open the project.
On the project dashboard, select Actions > Invoice.

The print view of the project invoice appears which includes the tasks from the invoices added from different jobs.
