Overview
Create new categories for your marketing campaigns to better organize and track them. For example, you can separate your print and digital campaigns into those respective categories to decide which offers a better value for the dollar to your business.

Things to know
You can add and use as many categories as applied to the markets and customers you are trying to reach.
You can edit or deactivate the default campaign categories automatically included in your account․
You can require adding a campaign category when anyone adds or edits a campaign. Go to the navigation bar, click the Settings > Operations > Campaign Categories, then toggle Require Campaigns to have Campaign Categories.

Your existing campaigns aren’t affected until someone edits them. The person editing the campaign is required to add a campaign category.
Add a campaign category
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Operations > Campaign Categories.
Click Add Category.

Add a name for the campaign category then click Save. The newly created campaign category is activated by default.

Edit a campaign category
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Operations > Campaign Categories.
Find the campaign you want and click Edit. The Edit Campaign page opens.

Edit your content as needed. When you’re done, click Save.
Deactivate and Activate a campaign category
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Operations > Campaign Categories.
Find the campaign you want and click Edit. The Edit Campaign page opens.
Click Deactivate.

You can reactivate a category you previously deactivated and use it again:
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Operations > Campaign Categories.
Click the Filter
in the Active column.Deselect Active and select Inactive.
Click Filter.

Select the category you want to activate, click Edit and then click Activate.
