Service Agreement Proposal Builder screen when it's in Draft status.
Service Agreement Dashboard when it's in Activated status.

Things to know
You can duplicate service agreements only within a single customer.
Duplicating an agreement creates a new agreement in Draft status, regardless of the status of the original agreement.
Coming ST-79: If your company is using ServiceTitan CRM (ST CRM) and the original agreement has a linked opportunity, the duplicated agreement carries over the same opportunity link.
Note: ServiceTitan CRM is currently in Early Access and is subject to change. If you want to enable this feature for your account, reach out to your customer success manager (CSM) for details.
