How to check if service agreement invoices were sent to customers?

Problem

Service agreements do not have an audit trail like memberships. Users want to track changes and see if service agreement invoices are sent to customers.

Solution

Currently, Service Agreements do not have an audit trail to see if the Service Agreement invoices are sent to customers. You can see all the invoices related to the activated service agreement in the billing and invoices section.

Check service agreement invoice number

  1. Go to the customer profile.

  2. Scroll down to the Service Agreements section.

  3. Click on the Service Agreement in question.

  4. From the Agreement page go to the Billing and Invoices section.

  5. Check agreement-related invoice numbers.

Check if invoices are sent to customers

  1. Go to the Customer page.

  2. Go to Invoices.

  3. Find the service agreement invoice.

  4. Review the Sent Status column to see the sent status.
