How can I remove duplicate membership service items?

Problem

A membership service item—such as a Sale Task, Renewal Task, or Billing Task—appears under a category in Mobile Preview when it should not be there.

Solution

Unwanted membership services appear because they exist in Pricebook > Services. Deactivate them to remove them from Mobile Preview.

Locate and deactivate the membership service

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

  2. In the side panel, go to Services.

  3. Find the membership service item.        

    Tip: Check if you have any filters active that might hide services.

  4. Click Actions A simple icon in the shape of three dots, lined up vertically. then select DeactivateMenu options for managing service prices, including deactivate and edit features.

  5. Click Mobile View and confirm that the correct membership service appears in the category.
