Problem
The Discounts & Fees feature is missing from the Pricebook sidebar.
Solution
Note: Depending on your account's configuration, you might see one or more of the following:
Items and Pricing instead of Pricebook.
Customer instead of Homeowner.
Procurement instead of Inventory.
The names are different, but everything works the same way. For more, see Commercial Personalization Platform - FAQ.
Workflow Summary
Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enable the feature.
Confirm with your CSM that enabling this feature won't affect other settings or features you have in place.
Wait for your CSM to enable the Discounts and Fees feature for your account. For more, see Add discounts and fees.
