Overview
Using Capacity Awareness in Ads Optimizer helps you adjust your ad budgets according to your team's capacity.
Who uses this feature
Marketing managers, business owners, agency partners, and other marketers on your team
Primarily for Commercial Service & Replacement and Residential Service & Replacement business types
Feature configuration
Your account needs to have a Marketing Pro package with Ads enabled to use Ads Optimizer. If you're unsure about this, please reach out to your Pro Account Manager.
After you have added a Marketing Pro package with Ads to your account, you can enable Ads Optimizer directly in ServiceTitan. If you're interested in our prepay-and-save packages, please reach out to your Pro Account Manager or request a demo on our Pro Products page.
Things to know
Only admins, owners, or general managers can enable Ads Optimizer.
Ads Optimizer requires Ads Measurement to be fully configured. This includes Google Ads integration, Google Analytics integration, and Dynamic Call Tracking using DNI.
Use Capacity Awareness
To get alerts on your team's capacity for Ads campaigns:
Go to the top toolbar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, click Ads Optimizer under Campaigns.
On the Ads Optimizer screen that opens, click the Settings tab.
Select a campaign and go to its Capacity Awareness column.
Click Enable to receive alerts about the capacity of the Ads campaign.

In the Step 1 screen that opens, click Next.

In the Step 2 screen that opens, select business units for the jobs the Ads campaign aims to create. This tells Ads Optimizer which technicians to monitor. When finished, click Next.

In the Step 3 screen that opens, use the slider to Select how many days ahead to monitor your capacity.

Then select the lowest and highest capacities the technician needs to reach to send you the notification. When finished, click Next.

In the Step 4 screen that opens, add the email addresses for the people and team responsible for the success of this campaign.

When finished, click Done.
Note: If needed, you can edit the Capacity Awareness alerts from the table of campaigns.
