Overview
Use the Booking Sold Estimates settings to allow jobs booked from sold estimates to automatically inherit the summary and attachments on the estimate. This helps reduce manual copy/pasting of summaries and reattaching files when converting estimates to jobs.

Things to know
Attachments only carry over from location or job estimates, not project estimates.
The estimate summary is inherited for all estimate types.
Enable Booking Sold Estimate settings
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to Operations > Booking Sold Estimate.
Use the toggles to enable the following:
Copy estimate summary onto job summary: This automatically fills in the job summary with the estimate summary when you book a job from the sold estimate.
Copy job/location estimate attachments over to job: This automatically adds the attachments from an estimate onto a job when the job is booked from a sold estimate.
When you're finished, you can exit the screen.
