You may change the date range for the Technician Scorecard, which allows you to view data over different time periods.


Who uses this feature

  • Technicians

  • Applies to all business types

Change the date range

To change the date range, tap Trailing 30 Days in the upper right corner of your scorecard. Then select the desired date range (see date range options below).

Note: Changing the date range on your scorecard will have no impact on your job list. However, you can tap into any of your current jobs to view a customer's previous invoices or previous estimates.

Date range options

  • Today

  • Yesterday (the day before today)

  • Last week (the previous week)

  • Week to date (the current week, from the first of the week to today)

  • Trailing 7 days (the previous 7 days)

  • Trailing 30 days (the previous 30 days)

  • Month to date (the current month, from the first of the month to today)

  • Last Month (the month prior to the current month)

  • Year to date (the current year, from the first of the year to today)
