Things to know
Jobs scheduled through Scheduling Pro are considered Web Booking leads. You can see your Web Booking leads on the Marketing Pro Ads Analytics dashboard. For more, see Use Marketing Pro Ads Analytics.
The Scheduling Pro tag is assigned to all jobs scheduled through Scheduling Pro. You can use this tag to generate reports for your Scheduling Pro jobs.
Scheduling Pro Jobs originating from a Google Ad click are sent as conversions into Google Ads under the 'ServiceTitan Booked Job - Originated from Website' conversion action.
How does the Scheduling Pro integration work
Scheduling Pro automatically feeds the attribution system that powers Marketing Pro Ads measurement, assigning Scheduling Pro job campaigns based on what brought the customer to your website.
For example, a customer comes to your website from an organic search on Google. If they use Scheduling Pro to book a job, ServiceTitan assigns that job to the Google Organic campaign. If the web visit originates from a Google Ad instead, the Scheduling Pro job will automatically have the correct Google Ad campaign assigned to it.
Because campaigns are assigned based on the actual marketing source, campaign reports and dashboards in ServiceTitan do not have a Scheduling Pro campaign. Because of this, you cannot track your Scheduling Pro jobs based on the campaign alone. Instead, you can use the Scheduling Pro tag assigned to all Scheduling Pro jobs to generate reports. These jobs are also classified as Web Booking leads in the Lead Quality section of the Marketing Analytics dashboard.
View the assigned campaign on the job profile
On the job profile, you can view the campaign assigned to a job scheduled through Scheduling Pro. You can also see the Scheduling Pro tag.
