Resolve status sync issues in Contact Center Pro

Problem

Your status is out of sync. This is preventing you from receiving calls, even though your status is set to Available.

Solution

Use the Refresh User Status option from your User Settings to resolve the issue.

Refresh your User Status

  1. In Contact Center Pro, go to the top toolbar and click User Settings .

  2. Select Refresh User StatusCursor Refresh User Status in CCP

Wait for the status to refresh. A banner appears after the change is complete.
