Setup
What you need to get started
Pricebook items setup: Add service, equipment, and materials in your pricebook.
Add images, PDFs, and video to your pricebook: Add multimedia to your pricebook to help build compelling estimates and invoices to present to customers.
Setup permissions: Enable View/edit saved estimates for your office employees and View/Edit Proposals for technician profiles to be able to have access to the templates.
Quick start guide
When you present a proposal template to customers, manage the labeling of Good, Better, or Best estimate options by creating proposal types. Customize labels and create multiple proposal types in your pricebook, like Basic, Premium, or Premium Plus, to offer a variety of choices. This makes it easier for customers to decide and boosts your sales potential.
Add a proposal type
From the navigation bar click Pricebook.
From the side panel, click Templates.
Go to Proposal Templates tab.
Click Proposal Types.
In the pop-up, click Add Proposal Type.
Enter a name in the Proposal Type Name field.
Under Progressive or Additive, select how you want to sell estimates from the proposal template.
Under Options, enter a name for the estimate template label.
Click the color square to select a color for the label.
Note: The label name and color are applied when showing estimate options in ServiceTitan Mobile.
Click +Add option to create additional options.
Click and drag an option in the list to change the list order.
When finished, click Save.
