Permissions are required to use certain features within the dashboard in the ServiceTitan Mobile app. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
If you are currently on an appointment, that is what you see at the top. If you are not, you see your next upcoming appointment or non-job event. Tap View Job to see information about your next appointment and dispatch yourself, if you have permission to self-dispatch.
Below your current or next job, you see your technician scorecard. The metrics you see in your scorecard are also visible to office employees. See Technician Scorecards for detailed explanations and breakdowns of those numbers.
