Overview
The Boards feature section allows you to organize and manage the tasks you have set on properties. It provides a visual, customizable workspace where you can track prospecting, prioritize outreach, and monitor progress in a structured way.

Create a status
Boards are your To-Do space to track tasks you have set on a property. Your board is only visible to you. To access and create a status in Boards:
Click Boards
on the Navigation menu.Click + to create a new status.

On the new column that appears, enter your status name.
When you're finished, click Save.

After you set up statuses on your board, you can create property cards to manage your workflow effectively. For more on how to create a card, see Create card.
Organize your board
You can customize your board view to suit your workflow and stay organized. Here are some activities to help you tailor it to your needs.
Click the status heading to change its name.
Drag and drop the status tab to change its place.
Hover over and click More
next to the heading to delete the status. Note: If the status is Done, you cannot delete it.
Use the search bar to find a property on your board. This is useful when you have a lot of items on your board and you need to find them quickly.

Use the Overdue, Upcoming, and No Due Date filters to see the tasks corresponding to the date range selected in the filter.
Note: If one of the filters is selected, click it again to reset the selection.
Click List
to change the view to list view. On this screen, you can: Note: Click it again to reset the change and go back to the column view.
Drag and drop the column to change its place.
Click Edit
to add and edit the description.Change the status from the dropdown.
Click Edit
to add and edit a due date.
