Overview
With Marketing Pro, easily switch between the Corporate HQ and Branches to view and manage analytics, campaigns, and audiences. This way, you don't have to go back and forth between your CRM and Marketing Pro.
Who uses this feature
Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team
Primarily for Commercial Service & Replacement and Residential Service & Replacement business types
Switch between Corporate HQ and Branches
Information that you add or change in a specific Corporate HQ or other Branches is tied to that Corporate HQ or Branch. This information is not shared with other Branches you can access. This helps to keep branch data, such as segments, email templates, campaigns, and suppression lists separate from each other. Only the Corporate HQ can access and edit every branch's data.
After you login into your Corporate HQ account, you can switch to other Branches to view their information.
Go to the navigation bar and click the name of the Corporate HQ or branch.
From the dropdown, select a Corporate HQ or other Branches.
Note: Make sure your CRM admin grants you access to the Corporate HQ or Branches you need to work in. Otherwise:
You won't see some branch names in the drop-down list.
You won't have access to manage some branches.
