Overview
Getting started with your Convex account requires two steps: the initial login, where you set up your account and password for the first time, and the regular login, for everyday access. This process ensures your account is configured and ready for use.

Managers, regional managers, representatives, and salespeople

Initial Log In phase
After Convex creates an account in the system for you, you can complete the sign-up process the first time you access the website.
Go to the Atlas-Convex website.
Click Sign Up.
On the Create Your Account screen that opens, enter the email address used to set up your account and click Continue.
Create an eight-digit password.
Note: Convex doesn't use temporary passwords so this will be the first time you are creating and entering your password.
Click Continue.
Log in to Convex after the initial setup
After initial setup, you can log in to your account following these steps:
Go to the Atlas-Convex website.
Click Log In.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Enter your password and click Continue.
Reset password
If you forget your password, follow these steps:
Click Forgot password?
On the Forgot Your Password screen that opens, enter your email address and click Continue.
You will receive an email directing you to create a new password. Click click here in the email.
Enter your new credentials and click Reset password.
On the Password changed! screen that opens, click Back to Atlas and log in with your new password.
