Overview
You can listen to voicemails in ServiceTitan to help you follow up on potential customers without leaving ServiceTitan. You can set up Dialpad to receive email notifications about voicemails and view your voicemails in ServiceTitan.

Things to know
In ServiceTitan Mobile, you can listen to call recordings but voicemails are not available.
Listen to voicemails in ServiceTitan
Go to the top toolbar and click Search
.From the search dropdown, select Call then click Search .
Tip: Use the filters to narrow your search.
Calls with voicemail recordings include a Tape icon next to the customer name.
Click the customer whose voicemail you want to listen to. Their customer record opens.
In the Calls section, click the call you want to listen to.
The Call Playback pop-up opens and a recording of the voicemail automatically plays.
