Overview
This report provides the amount of revenue generated by services in your Pricebook.
Use this report to view the name, account, description, quantity, average, and revenue.
Who uses this feature
Administrators and managers
How to find this report
Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
On the Reports screen that opens, click Legacy Reports.
In the Search field, search for Revenue by SKU.
Click the report name. Then you will be able to set filters and run the report.

Report filters

Technician
Filter by technician. This report can be run by a single technician or all technicians
Business Unit
Filter by business unit. This report can be run by a single business unit or all business units.
Date Range
Filter by date range. Use the From and To fields to set a custom date range.
View or download the report
Click Update to view the report.

The report can be downloaded in three different formats:
Download PDF
Export to Excel (*.xlsx) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)
Export to Comma separated (*.csv) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)

Explanation of Revenue by SKU Columns

The report includes the following columns:
Name |
Name of the service as set up in the Pricebook.

Account |
Name of the account tied to that service in the general ledger account field

Description |
Description of the service in the Pricebook.

Quantity | How many times the service has been put on an invoice in the date range selected. |
Average |
Average revenue of the service. Calculation - Average: [Revenue] / [Quantity] |
Revenue |
The price of the service multiplied by quantity for the date range. Calculation - Revenue: [Price of Service] * [Quantity] |
Explanation of Revenue by SKU Totals

Quantity |
Quantity is calculated by taking the sum of the entire column.
Calculation - Total Quantity: [Sum of column totals]
