| Report Column |
|---|---|
Business Unit | Displays business unit. This report can be run by a single business unit or all business units. When applied, the business unit filter of this report applies to both the business unit of the technician and the job. If either the job business unit or technician business unit does not match the filter, that invoice is excluded from the results. |
Project #
| Project number associated with the invoice |
Job
| Job number associated with the invoice |
Loc Name
| Service location on the invoice |
Date
| Job completed date |
Total $ | Total dollar amount on the invoice, including tax. Total $ is not split-adjusted. |
Split % |
Percentage of technician splits on the job. The split determines how much credit each technician receives for the job.
By default, 100% of the technician split will go to the first technician assigned to the job. If you assign additional technicians to a job, you’ll need to navigate to the invoice to adjust the splits. The sum of split percentages for all technicians assigned to a job must equal 100%.
To configure, go to an invoice and select Adjust splits from the left menu.

Total Hrs |
Total number of hours spent on a job for all technicians combined. This is the total number of hours, rounded to the nearest tenth.
For example, if one technician works for 2.1 hours and another technician works for 2.1 hours, this means that the total hours spent on the job is 4.2 hours. Technician splits are not included in the calculation. To change hours to minutes, multiply total hours by 60 minutes.
Multi-day jobs are calculated by taking the sum of hours worked for each day. For example, if the technician was on the job site for 2.1 hours one day and 3 hours the next day, it means the technician worked for a total of 5.1 hours (306 minutes).
To view total hours
On the timesheet, you will see a time for Arrived On and Done On. Total hours equals the difference between Arrived On time and Done On time.
For example, the technician arrived on the job at 1:04 PM and was done on the job at 2:42 PM. The technician worked 1.6 total hours.
Calculation - Total Hrs: [Time of job completion/cancellation] - [Time of job arrival]
|
Hours |
Hours spent on a job for a single technician. This is the number of hours, rounded to the nearest tenth.
For example, if a technician works for 2.1 hours, out of a 2.1 total hour job, this means that the technician worked 100% of the total hours.
|
Sold Hours |
Total sold hours on the invoice. Technician splits are applied. The Sold Hours metric is the amount of time expected for a technician to complete a service, material, or piece of equipment.
To set sold hours
Calculation - Sold Hrs:[Technician split] x [Sum of sold hours of all tasks]
|
Efficiency |
A percentage based on whether the actual hours on the job are above or below the sold hours in your pricebook. If the billable efficiency percentage is above 100%, the technician completed work faster than expected.
|
Sales $ |
This is the split-adjusted invoice subtotal. The technician must have logged hours on the job in order for this value to populate.
Calculation - Sale $: [Subtotal] * [Technician Split/100] * [Technician Hours / Total Hours]

This is labor as a percentage of revenue for the technician.
Calculation - L % R - Tech: ([Technician hourly rate] x [Hours]) / [Sales $]
