# Is it possible to message customers through DialPad?

## Problem

You want to know if you can message customers directly through Dialpad.

## Solution

It is not possible to message customers through Dialpad directly. Use ServiceTitan's chat feature from the *Call Booking* screen to message customers. For internal communications, consider using Dialpad's text messaging feature.
