Overview

In Settings, you can manage anything from your account to employee profiles to communications, integrations settings, and more. Search for what you want when you need and add bookmarks to your favorite and most frequented settings.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, CSRs, marketing managers, project managers, and operations managers

Interactive Banner

Stay informed about the latest news and features through the interactive banner.

You can click the arrow on the interactive banner to go through each notification. Click the link on each banner for additional details.

Side panel

The side panel gives you a quick view of all available categories and features in Settings. Click a section to drill down into the categories, or expand all to view every item.

Search

Use Search to quickly find a specific setting in the side panel. Enter the name of a setting or feature in search. All related items appear.

Bookmarks

You can bookmark frequently used settings:

  1. Go to the side panel and hover over the settings page you want to bookmark. The Bookmark icon appears.

  2. Click the Bookmark icon.

The settings page is now added to My Bookmarks and you can get to it as soon as you arrive at the Settings page.

Note: You can add as many bookmarks as you need.
