Problem
You want to update the total price of an active service agreement, and you're unsure how to do it.
Solution
Coming ST-78: Update the price from the Edit Duration and Billing Schedule modal
For an active agreement that uses a billing schedule table, edit the total agreement price (TAP) from the Edit Duration and Billing Schedule modal:
Go to the customer record and click Service Agreements on the side.
Select the active service agreement you want to update.
From the service agreement, click More
at the top then select Edit Duration and Billing Schedule.
In the Pricing section, update the Total Agreement Price. The billing schedule table footers show the difference between the scheduled total and the target price so you can reconcile the change.
When finished, click Save.
Note: The Edit duration and billing schedule permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team. For more, see Manage service agreement billing and invoices.
Update the service agreement price
For agreements that do not use a billing schedule table, you can still update the price from the agreement dashboard:
Go to the Service Agreement section in ServiceTitan.
Find the active service agreement you want to change.
On the Dashboard screen for the service agreement, click More
next to the Total Agreement Price, then click Edit Total Agreement Price.On the Service Agreement Pricing screen that opens, you can:
Update the Markup Values or Surcharges to change the Total Agreement Price.
Use the Define Total Agreement Price Manually toggle to edit the Total Agreement Price directly.
When you're finished, click Save.
