Things to know
We can't guarantee that any hardware not covered by this list will work as intended with ServiceTitan Phones Pro.
To get the most out of ServiceTitan Phones Pro, use an embedded softphone with a headset, rather than a physical desk phone. For more, see Choose your phone type for Phones Pro.
We recommend using the embedded softphone with headsets instead of a physical desk phone.
This article refers to headsets for the softphone. See Choose your phone type for Phones Pro to see the difference in phone types.
Desk Phones can only be assigned to one user. If the phone is provisioned to another user, then remove the phone from the previous user and provision the phone for the correct user.
