Overview
Use contact-based export to pull detailed information about people and contacts for properties, making it easier to target outreach and plan territories. It provides up-to-date contact lists for cold calls, emails, and in-person visits, helping optimize campaigns, track engagement, and ensure teams work with accurate, actionable data.
Who uses this feature
Managers, regional managers, representatives, and salespeople
Primarily for Commercial Service and Commercial Construction business types

You can export the contact-based data in two ways:
From the Maps feature section (also called people-based export).
From the Targets feature section.
People-based export
Go to Map and click Filters.
From the Contact Attributes filter, select any filter and click Apply.
Tip: Use more filters or zoom in to have a manageable number of contacts.
When you are satisfied with the results, click View Contacts.
From the People screen that opens, click Export.
In the Export Contacts pop-up that opens, click Continue.
Note: Employees with export permissions receive a limited number of export credits each month. Every contact that is part of the export consumes a credit. However, after a contact has been exported, that same contact can be exported again without taking from the credit pool for an entire year. Contact your CSM to set up contact exports for your users.

Contact-based export from Targets
Go to Targets and click the target list you want to export.
On the target list screen that opens, click Export.
In the Export pop-up that opens, click Export.
Export pop-up description
The Export pop-up includes information on:
The number of targets that are included in the export request.
The number of contacts that are included in those targets.
The total amount of credits assigned to the user per month.
The total number of credits used so far this month.
The number of credits required for this export.
Note: The number might be different from the total contacts in the request if a portion of the contacts are duplicates from previous requests.
The number of credits that would remain if requesting the export.
