Things to know

  • If you make changes to a membership type, existing customer memberships are affected for the following settings: Membership Name, Tags, and Discount. Changes to these settings are reflected on future jobs and invoices.

  • Any other changes to a membership type do not affect existing memberships. For example, if you increase the billing template for a membership type from $10/month to $15/month, all existing memberships will continue to be billed at $10/month.

  • You can make changes to an individual customer’s membership rather than to a membership type. Changes to an individual membership do not affect the membership type or any other customer’s membership.
