Overview
You can generate a QR code that your customer can scan with their mobile device to pay for an online invoice. This helps you collect payment faster leading you to higher payment collections.

Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
Things to know
You must have ServiceTitan Payments enabled to use this feature.
Generate a QR code
On ServiceTitan Mobile, go to the invoice and tap Pay.
On the Choose payment type dropdown, select Send invoice with payment link.
Tap Generate QR Code.
The QR code displays.
When your customer scans the QR code, they are taken to the online payment screen where they can enter their payment details.
