Add the Dispatch Board Jobs Tray: Custom Fields feature to view job-specific info and customer type right in your tray: Before, dispatchers had to open each job to see custom field data like warranty dates or check if it was a residential or commercial job. Now, you can choose which Custom Fields to show, set their order, and save your preferences so they're ready every time you log in. This helps you scan and triage jobs faster with less clicking and more clarity. For more, see [coming soon].

Use the new Dispatch Board Shifts filter to quickly zero in on the right technicians for any job: Before, dispatchers couldn’t filter by shift type, so they had to scan all technicians to find who's on-call or off. Now, you can filter by Regular, On-Call, or Time Off shifts and combine this with other filters to refine your view. It even remembers your settings for next time, so your board stays focused. For more, see [coming soon].

Use the new Dispatch Board Tech Status filter to quickly spot which technicians are available and where: Before, dispatchers couldn’t filter by technician status or see real-time counts, which made shift planning harder during busy times. Now, you can filter by multiple statuses like Working or In Transit and instantly view how many technicians are in each group. This helps you make faster decisions when assigning jobs or adjusting workloads. You stay more informed and in control during your busiest dispatch hours. For more, see [coming soon].

Filter jobs faster with the new Location-Based (Workstreams) filter, which help you focus only on the jobs and technicians tied to a specific branch: Before, dispatchers had to scroll through every technician and job, even ones outside their area. Now, you can use a Workstream filter that remembers your selection and stays on while you work. This saves time and helps keep your schedule focused. For more, see [coming soon].
