What is the best way to deactivate items in bulk and remove specific sections from the pricebook in ServiceTitan?

Problem

Users may accidentally deactivate the entire service section while trying to deactivate unused services.

Efficiently manage your pricebook by deactivating unused items or sections and reactivating them as needed.

Reactivate Items

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

2. Use the filter next to the search bar.

3. Select the Inactive filter to see deactivated items.

4. Click Edit Pricebook.

5. Select the items you want to reactivate.

6. Reactivate the selected items in bulk.

Deactivate items in bulk

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

2. Filter the pricebook to show only items in the specific category you want to deactivate.

3. Click Edit Pricebook.

4. Select the items or the entire section you wish to deactivate.

5. Deactivate the selected items or sections in bulk.

Remove specific sections

1. Export your pricebook to Excel.

2. In the Excel file, select the rows corresponding to the section you want to remove.

3. Change their status to Inactive or delete them.

4. Save the Excel file.

5. Import the updated Excel file back into ServiceTitan.
