Overview
The Settings in Convex allow you to customize your experience and manage key aspects of your workspace, including your profile and notifications. You can also create custom fields and select filters to tailor the platform to your specific workflows and data needs.

Access Settings
Click your name on the navigation menu.
From the side menu, click
Settings. The Settings screen opens. 
Custom Fields
Custom Fields allow you to create additional fields and capture data specific to your business needs. To create a custom field:
On the Settings screen, click Custom Fields.
Select where you want the custom fields to appear. There are three locations you can add them to:
Accounts
Opportunities
Properties
Note: You can add custom fields to Accounts and Opportunities if these features are enabled for your account.
Click the custom field type you want to add.
Enter the name of your custom field.
When finished, click Add Field.

For example, after adding a Contract Revenue Date custom field on Properties, it appears in the Custom fields section on the Property Details Panel (PDP).

Filters
Here you can select which types of permits you want to see on properties on your account. Permit types are automatically identified based on common keywords.
On the Settings screen, click Filters.
Click the checkbox for the permits you want to display on properties.

You can also select Include predicted values in filter results so that Convex provides the missing data, such as year built, stories, property type, or area. Including predictions increases result quantity, while excluding them improves data accuracy.

Notifications
On the Settings screen, click Notifications.
Select Receive emails to get weekday morning emails with reminders for overdue and upcoming due dates on your Boards cards.

Contact Info
By default, Convex shows contacts with Low, Medium, and High accuracy scores. This indicates how likely a contact is reachable and still employed at the listed company.
On the Settings screen, click Contact Info.
Select Include lower accuracy contacts to include low-accuracy contacts.

Profile settings
Profile only appears when certain features, such as Email Integration and Dialer AI, are enabled for your account. Here you can add and manage information about yourself and your company. Then, Convex AI will use that information to provide you with better results.
On the Settings screen, click Profile.
Fill out each section with information about yourself and your business, and click Save.
