Overview

If a customer hasn't responded to the job completion survey email or text, you can follow up with the customer on the phone.

Complete a survey

Fill out a survey while on the phone with the customer:

  1. Navigate to the job and click the dropdown arrow on the blue Job Actions button.

  2. Select Take Survey.

  3. Record the customer’s response (and any comments the customer might have).

  4. Click Save.
