Problem
You want to know if you have the Follow Up Leads feature enabled on your account.
Solution
Check if the feature is enabled by going to the navigation bar and hovering over Follow Up. In the menu that opens, look for the Leads option.
If the Leads option is not visible, contact Technical Support and request account configuration of the following features:
Create leads from unbooked calls and bookings
Asking for the reason when dismissing a booking
Note: If your account is configured for it and you're an administrator, you can check this yourself in Settings > Your Account > Feature Configurations.
Verify the feature is now visible. You may need to refresh your page or sign out and back into your account.
Ask your account administrator to set up call reasons for leads so you can begin capturing leads for follow up.
Note: After the initial configuration, there may be a delay for the Leads section showing in Follow Up.
