Overview
Adjust the appearance of customer and location records so the information most important to you is always visible. You can:
Reorder, resize, and group table columns
Sort tables, change the number of items per table, and collapse entire tables
Hide, show, lock, and unlock columns

Permissions for Customers and Locations are required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
ServiceTitan remembers the way you adjust each table and side menu, but you can always reset your tables if you want to. Side menus can be adjusted independently on the Call Booking screen and the full record.
When you adjust your customer and location records, it only changes your view. Other office employees can adjust their views individually.
You can adjust the view of tables, but custom columns cannot be added.
When you filter a table, it’s not remembered. Table filters reset when you close and reopen a record.
Use cases
If Status and Summary are the most important columns for you to see in the Jobs table, you can move those columns to the front of the table so they’re always visible.
If some tables aren’t relevant for the work you do, you can collapse those tables entirely. ServiceTitan continues to give you access to the quick action buttons and shows you how many total records are within each collapsed table.
If you only want to see up to five notes displayed at a time on all of your customer and location records, but you want to see up to 30 job records in the Jobs table, you can adjust each table accordingly. ServiceTitan remembers how you set your tables each time you open any customer or location record.
Adjust how you view tables and columns
You can reorder, resize, and group table columns.

You can also sort tables, change the number of items per table, and collapse entire tables.

Additionally, you can click Edit Columns to hide, show, reorder, lock, and unlock columns.

ServiceTitan remembers and saves your adjustments across all of your customer and location records.
To reset your adjustments, go to the top of the record and click More
> Reset All Tables.

Adjust how you view side menus
Collapse your left and right side menus in customer and location records to save space. You can keep side menus open in the full screen view of your records, and collapse them in the pop-up view on the Call Booking screen. This helps reduce horizontal scrolling.
Tip: When a side menu is collapsed, you can hover over it to briefly open and use it.
