Overview
Hover is an exterior measurement software that many roofing and siding companies use to capture measurements and generate supply lists accurately and efficiently. This enables them to produce a higher volume of estimates, increasing the number of jobs won. Integrating Hover and ServiceTitan eliminates the time and inaccuracies associated with manually entering large amounts of data from one platform to another. This integration provides a seamless transfer of information for those companies that leverage the strengths of both platforms without creating additional work.

This feature is currently in Private Preview/Limited Release and available for specific accounts. To update your account, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for details.
This feature requires the EnableHoverIntegration configuration in your ServiceTitan account. Please contact Technical Support for details.
This feature must be turned on by Hover in your Hover account, and your account must be enabled to use integrations. For questions or assistance, please contact Hover Sales by filling out this form or calling (844) 950-5074.
Once the integration is set up, Material Lists sent to ServiceTitan from Hover will appear as job estimates. Users can also add labor items to their Material Lists and transfer them as estimates by upgrading to a premium plan offered through Hover Sales.
Things to know
This feature works only for single-building structures and is not currently compatible with Hover's Add Additional Structure feature.
Hover Settings will not appear in the Settings module until the feature has been properly configured in your account by ServiceTitan Technical Support or your ServiceTitan CSM.
Connect ServiceTitan and Hover Accounts
In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Settings.
In the side panel, click Hover Settings > Connect to Hover
In the Hover webpage that opens, review the permissions and click Allow. Authorization is complete when you are redirected to ServiceTitan.

In ServiceTitan, go back to Settings > Hover Settings.
On the Hover settings screen, verify the Integration Status and Webhook Status are both Connected.

Note: If you experience issues with the integration, check these connections as the first step in troubleshooting.
Enable or disable Hover by job type
You can choose whether or not to send job information to Hover based on job type. When enabled and selected as the Job Type on the call booking screen, additional fields display, providing the option to send job information to Hover. All job types are enabled as a default once the integration is turned on.
In the navigation bar, go to Settings.
In the side panel, go to Operations > Job Types
Click Edit next to the job type you wish to enable or disable Hover for.
Click Enable for Hover Integration to turn on. Uncheck the box to disable.

Click Save. Repeat for any additional job types.
