Why can't I sign up for my account?
If you are accessing your Convex account for the first time, you need to complete the initial login process.
Open Atlas-Convex > Click Sign Up.
Enter the email address used to set up your account and click Continue.
Create an eight-digit password.
Click Continue.
After the initial setup, follow the steps to log in to your account.
Open Atlas-Convex > Click Log In.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Enter your password and click Continue.
What is people-based Export, and is it available to all users?
People-based export enables the export of contact-level data, which is particularly useful for advanced outreach and targeting needs. You can do a people-based export from the Map > View Contacts section or the Targets feature. Both functionalities can be added to your account for an additional fee.If you’re interested in enabling these features, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Are the contacts I add visible only to the users in my account/org?
Yes. Contacts you add remain only in your account and are visible to users within your organization. Other accounts cannot see them. Our Terms of Service promise this privacy.Why can't I change the color of the campaign?
Only the user who created the campaign can change its color.
