Overview
Use the shift filter on the Dispatch Board to find technicians based on their scheduled shift type. Shift type includes: Normal, On-call and Time off. This helps you book jobs only where it makes sense and avoid scheduling over time off.

Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
Things to know
Make sure to turn on the Redesigned Dispatch Board toggle in Settings > New & Upcoming Features. The shift filter is available there.
Use the shift filter
Go to the navigation bar and click Dispatch
.Then select Daily or Weekly Dispatch Board.
On the dispatch board you selected, click Filter
.From the Shift Type dropdown field, select one of the following options:
Normal
On call
Time off
Tip: Use additional filter fields to make your results more specific.
When finished, click Apply.
Note: To remove the filter, click Clear All, then click Apply.
