> Leads, and those that are manually created, all in a single, unified view. This helps you better track progress, prioritize next steps, and convert them into opportunities.

Open Leads screen
Go to the navigation bar and click CRM > Leads.

View Leads
The Leads screen includes three sections:
High-level KPIs
Filters
Table
High-level KPIs
Gain a snapshot of key metrics to understand performance and identify trends.
Total Leads: The total number of leads currently in your pipeline.
Avg Lead Age: The average number of days leads have been in your pipeline without being closed.
Avg New Daily Leads: The average number of new leads added to your pipeline per day.
Conversion Rate: The percentage of leads that convert into booked jobs or closed opportunities.

Filters
Find and organize leads by various criteria.
Search tab: Find leads by entering their name.
Creation Date: Date the opportunity was created. Click it to apply dates from the calendar.
Status: Indicator reflecting current position in the pipeline, such as New, Nurture, Converted, or Dismissed.
Priority: Level of priority that identifies the urgency of a lead, such as Low, Normal, High, or Urgent.
Job Type: Job type assigned to the lead. Select and apply job types from the list.
Business Unit: Business unit assigned to the lead. Select and apply BUs from the list.
Owner: Employee assigned to the lead. Select and apply employees from the list.
Tags: Tags assigned to the lead. Select and apply tags from the list.
Sort By: Organize leads by age, priority, status, name, activity, and more.
Table
Shows the following information:
Phone: Phone number associated with the lead.
Email: Email address associated with the lead.
Address: Address associated with the lead.
Status: Indicator reflecting current position in the pipeline, such as New, Nurture, Converted, or Dismissed.
Priority: Level of priority that identifies the urgency of a lead, such as Low, Normal, High, or Urgent.
Owner: Employee assigned to the lead.
Business Unit: Business unit assigned to the lead.
Job Type: Job type assigned to the lead.
Next Task: Open task on the lead.
Last Activity: Most recent activity or note logged for the lead.
Tags: Tags associated with the lead. If multiple tags are applied, the total count is displayed. Hover to view the full list.
Dismissed Reason: The reason selected when the lead was dismissed.
Manage Leads views
Create a view
Create views to quickly access saved lead lists.
On the Leads screen, drag a column from the table and drop it in the purple bar.
After the table is grouped by that column, click Save View.

From the pop-up that opens, enter a name for the view and click Save.

Access a view
On the Leads screen, click All Leads and select a view you want.

Manage views
On the Leads screen, click All Leads and select Manage Views.
From the drawer that opens, delete, change names, or set default views.
