Feature configuration
Strategic partners integration is required to configure leads integration for tenants
Add a new Strategic Partner
Sign in to ServiceTitan and go to Service Titan Admin Portal.
Go to the Leads Integration manager screen and click Create Integration. The New Integration screen opens.
In the new integration form there are 5 steps you need to complete:
General Information: Basic information about the lead company
Map Job Types: Map your partner's job types to the standard job types
Extra Details: Provide the parameter used by the strategic partners to identify the leads they send
Webhooks: Sends back your lead status events data to the leads' source
URLs: Indicate the URLs to connect the tenant to the strategic partner
Tenant Access: Set up who can access the integration
General Information
Enter a unique Partner Name and Description.
Select a Tenant Authorization Type to identify how a ServiceTitan tenant will sign into their account for the first time. The tenant can sign in by:
Selecting ST Pairing from the Tenant Authorization Type. This lets ServiceTitan match the account information of the tenant data in ServiceTitan with the strategic partner's account.
Selecting Open ID Connect. This is when a tenant signs into the strategic partner's website using their personal account credentials via their ServiceTitan account. This makes tracking the sessions and the tenants' authenticated data more accurate.
Note: We recommend using the Open ID Connect type for accurate data on the leads integration and for the most convenient tenant experience.
After you select the Open ID Connect type, you can view and copy the Callback URL to share with your strategic partner.
Select a Partner Authorization Type to identify how the partner is authorized to view the tenant's account.
Select Multi account support if a tenant has more than one account with the strategic partner and needs to connect all accounts.
Upload the specific partner's Logo.
